The treatment targets the multiple layers under your skin to achieve a truly outstanding level of skin tightening as well as improve the texture of your skin. If you’re concerned about a sagging jowl, then this is the best non-invasive alternative to the surgeon’s knife.
Multi-Layer Skin Rejuvenation can be divided up into four stages depending on the condition of your skin:
Stage 1: We combine a KTP laser and a Nd-YAG laser to achieve an increase in collagen production, pore reduction size, eradication of face veins and age spots as well as the initial skin tightening process. The average patient requires three treatments in the space of six weeks.
Stage 2: Next, we use SmartXide Laser Skin Resurfacing Treatment, the newest and most effective of all CO2 lasers, to maintain the initial collagen production of stage one. Unlike stage 1, there will be some downtime of around 10 days but this can be greatly minimised by using specially designed skin regenerators and concealers so that you carry on your daily activities. This stage requires two treatments at 4-6 week intervals.
Stage 3: Next we use an Erbium: YAG laser for a high tech, sophisticated Laser Dermabrasion peel. This puts other forms of dermabrasion and peels to shame as it does away with the wallpaper peeling effect of a beautician’s chemical peels, and can only be administered by a doctor. This peel at this stage is gentle with minimal downtime to prepare the skin for the next stage, usually within 10 days.
Stage 4: This final stage is done using Titan Skin Tightening for the ultimate collagen contraction. Titan uses a spectrum of infrared light to tighten the skin: it achieves impressive results and has many Hollywood celeb followers. At Natura, we’ve found Titan’s successful track record to be further improved when combined with our range of medical lasers.
How long does Multi-Layer Skin Rejuvenation last?
Depending on the individual, the results should last between 12-18 months. A yearly ‘top up’ is recommended to maintain results.
Does it hurt?
No, we provide patients with local anaethetic cream which numbs the area prior to treatment.

Is there anything I should be aware of?
The nature of this treatment means that depending on whatever stage the patient is at aftercare and downtime varies.
